Question STi panel filters - How long do they last?

Following a recent group buy, I've just replaced my ITG panel filter with an STi jobbie.

The ITG had covered 30k miles and was still performing ok when it was replaced (MAF sensor survived too !!). How long can I expect the STi filter to last??

Cheers

Kev

Standard Air filter change on a newage car is 30,000 miles as far as I am aware (so one and the same.... you are all right!).

Just got my manual out (have MY03 STi PPP). Page 11.3

Inspect: 15000km (9000miles), 45000km (28000miles), 75000km (47000miles), 105000km (66000miles) etc

Replace: 30000km (19000miles), 60000km (38000miles), 90000km (56000miles), 120000km (75000miles)

Replace more frequently if required. Either me or the dealer you spoke to is reading the manual incorrectly . Maybe their service schedule is different from the supplied manual but cant think why. Can understand rounding up the miles from 9 to 10K to compensate for the translation from km, but my manual says replace at 30000km not miles .
