Question WR1 with Magnex?

I am chopping in my STi9 for a WR1 so I've taken off the 6"x4" Magnex centre and rear box that I had fitted, I love the sound it makes, my question is although the WR1 comes with a Prodrive system would there be any benefit in fitting the Magnex system or would I be defeating the object?

I have been told that underneath it all the Prodrive exhaust is made by Scorpion!...
