Sti intercooler, off the shelf turbo, not even a Hybrid ! Standard heads and cams, Sti crank, std inlet manifold and fuel rails.

Does that help

It's a turbo that isn't supposed to work, that's using a wastegate that's too small, for price that you can email me for.

Interestingly the "38mm" aspect refers to the size of the valve and not the hole, which is why it's smaller than I expected. I think the standard spring is only 0.6 bar so with a weaker spring it could be mapped for less boost again.

No, mine is a custom made hybrid truck turbo, which shares 1 common part with Andy's

Andy's turbo is a bog standard item, off the shelf, ordered by part number turbo.

WHAT ? Are you for real with all those std bits fitted

So how much gain would a FMIC and a big 3" exhaust and extra injectors and high lift cams and a big turbo make to the power ?
