Question spark plug life

Got PFR7B in mine , Running 350bhp + how many miles should thay last for , As car some times stalls as Im stopping , And thats all I think it could be , > Alan.

Alan, I read a thread on 22B were Bob rawle recommends PFR7's be changed at around 10,000 miles, they are then past there best in his opinion

maf sensor or lambda sensor alan, does it do it all the time?

alan mine used to come close to stalling when i used to brake or from higher revs and i sorted mine out by adjusting the the dump valve, no problems anymore mine was a VTA drove fine for over a year then suddenly started playing up

Stronger spring in the dumpvalve ?
Carb cleaner in the IAC valve.
Air leak ?
MAF ?
Check the spark plug gap, i'm sure people recommend closing the gap slightly I think @ .5-.6mm ??
