Is this oil suitable for my MY03 STi at it's 10,000mile service??

I hope it is as I've bought 5 litres of it.

Is 5 litres enough?

I got quoted £140 for a 10K service is this about right?

I'll supply my own oil so that should knock £20-25 off the price.
