apexi avc r problems

Default apexi avc r problems

just fitted a apexi avc r to my 92 wrx but the vehicle speed shown on the avc r jumps up and down about 10 mph above and below the actual speed that you are doing any ideas what it could be

Have you set the sensor type in the etc screen?

Have you set the gear speed judge?

yes i have set the speed sensor to no 4 is this the right setting not got as far as the gear judge yet.

I wouldn't think it was any of the settings as these would remain relative to your speed and not be higher, then lower of your actual speed.

It sounds like it could be something to do with the wiring (as Claudius says). Have you double checked?

Is it really important that you use the speed monitor??

Try putting the settings into map B and see what happens.
