I used to get it between 4-5krpm when i ran on optimax. Try another SUL, see if it cures it. If so, the dealer reckons its an over sensitive knock sensor and it can be sorted by resiting the sensor.

cheers, will try - might be the fuel - have been running Optimax but had to put Esso SUL in last time - no choice

Noticed that alot on my car though went for a ppp, not so noticeable, then to ECUTEK & that ironed it out completely........ Though it could be plug gaps etc
