downpipe to lag or not to lag?

Talking downpipe to lag or not to lag?

got to fit a decat system to the wifes car this week
was wondering if its worth lagging the downpipe or not
and is it possible once its fitted

Lag it before you fit it Rich.

Its worth doing IMHO, reduces cabin noise a little (wife friendly lol). Keeps under bonnets temps down (intercooler friendly), and helps keep the exhaust gases hot (better flow).

Complete nightmare to do once fitted to the car.

This is very good advice. It does make a noticeable noise difference.
