I Have a 93 WRX and generally driving there is no probs when you give it a boot now and then.

However when you have a really good thrash through the gears , 2nd, 3rd, 4th on full throttle after about 5 mins it starts to hesitate/jerk when its on full throttle. it will still boost smoothly, but only if you are on half throttle.

The engine temp stays the same so it doesnt seem to be overheating......

If i leave it for an hour to cool tho, its all fine again?????

Is the turbo getting too hot?????

Please advise.

P.S. its run on optimax and is un-modded.
