Question Uprated Fuel pump...big enough ??

I'm about to do a few mods to a uk 98 turbo.
So i've bought an uprated Fuel pump.
It's a Walbro GSS278, and the flow rate is 190lph (or there abouts).

I've noticed that a lot of people are going for pumps that are 255lph..should i reconsider ??

Mods will be...
VF30
440 injectors
HKS headers
my00 tmic
Gems ecu.

Thanks a lot

Johnny

If you are going to the trouble of changing it then may as well do it properly.. 255 is the way to go..

Would it really make that much difference ?
I havn't got a clue what the standard flowrate is...

I've been offered a brand new Walbro 255lph for £90...

Should i just go for it then ?

£90 is a good price..

You need to replace the Fuel pressure regulator too though ideally.

Regulator from AS Performance = £95.
The 255lph Walbro pump is the 341 model (for classic)
