fuel cut

I have fitted mongoose pipe to my Legacy and now have a fuel cut.How do I overcome this, it misses at about 4000revs

I guess a Dawes Device would be a solution, or change the restrictor (in the pipe between the turbo outlet and the wastgate) to one with a larger hole in it.
