Do you have a standard DP? If you do, the front cat will stop the flames I would have thought.

Loud is subjective! It will certainly be louder and more fruity, get a DP and it will become quite a bit loader. I have noted from many posts that the HKS systems tend to be the loudest. Scooby Sport complete systems are meant to be rather vocal aswell. mmmmmmmmmm..... Nurse!!Drip tray please.

Dave T.S could advise on the SS. There are two of them! (Movie there somewhere )

Robby,

Had a Magnex backbox fitted this afternoon and it sounds excellent! My Alpine sound system is now redundant as I have been driving around with all windows open (sad I know, but I can't believe the difference with just a change in backbox!). I will have to buy a de-cat center pipe now cos apparently it makes it sound even better. The turbo response also seems to have been improved.

Looks like it could be a long wait until saturday..

I run a Magnex backbox and decat centre (with resonator) - I'll think you'll like it . Not as 'full on' as the SS version, but still a massive improvment over the standard fit unit. DP to follow soon....

Glen4 and I both had our Magnex's fitted centre and rear, and both pleased with them. They shake the windows in the office!

I took a mate out who has an RB5 and he said it was definately quicker than his, and he was after one, until he sold it last week for a BMW 330 ci the ponce

Just had it fitted ...What else can i say other than i'm IMPRE'Z'ED.
I think it's got a nice deep sound and compliments the back box brilliantly

Well, had it fitted at last and doesn't sound too bad. Makes the motor sound like a V8 (grunty), now how much for a downpipe?

If you didn't already know but magnex have now just brought out a front de-cat pipe which I think is priced about £170ish.
So I think I'll be having to get one to mate up to the rest of my magnex system.
