please help.

I have a 94 wrx import,and my clutch is slipping real bad in 3,4,5, gears. As this is my first scoob im a novice, im going to fit it myself and need as much info as poss. Iv noticed the thrust bearing is fixed to the plate,is there any special tools needed for thi opperation? All info is greatly appreiciated. thanx.

You'll need to drop either the gearbox & driveshafts or remove the engine.
I took the engine out cause it went pop 6 weeks after the clutch started slipping. As for removing the spiggot bearing, all you need to do is remove the flywheel and chap it out with a screwdriver & hammer. New one is fitted tapping nicely with a rubber mallet.You'll also need to make a bracket to hold the flywheel still when torquing the plate etc back together.
