Cool

Hi Darren,

mm/hg is usually reserved for vacuum. Jap gauges read vacuum in either cm/hg or mm/hg while boost is read in kgf/cm2.

1.0 kgf/cm2 is the equivalent of 1bar. (I believe there is 0.something of a difference between bar and kg/cm but it's marginal so to all intents and purposes bar=kg/cm2

regards
Nito

My car was recently run on the official Subaru monitor pack which reads off all the cars sensors including boost which was read in mm/HG. As with my last post asking about boost pressure with the PPP ECU we have run the monitor and I was trying to convert the pressure to BAR from mm/HG. The conversion I got off the web was multiply the mm/HG by 0.00133322 to get the pressure in BAR.

Darren.
