Hi,

After buying a Blitz backbox I think itīs time for the next step. I am thinking of a conefilter. I heard that a Blitz filter isnīt so good in keeping the dirt out..Is that true? Does anyone have experience with the Blitz?
And do I need to buy a special dumpvalve? or is the std valve ok?

thanks
dennis

Cool

I`ve never had any problem with Blitz cone filter.

Easy to fit, worked well with both recirc. dump valve and atmos valve.......Can hear the air dumping through filter if you want to stick to standard dump valve.

Thumbs up

If you don't mind 'aural stimulation', Pipercross is the one to go for.

I had one fitted to my MY99 a month ago under advice from a Gp N Impreza preparer. His verdict having run K&Ns for years was the PX offered greater airflow, and hence performance advantage than the K&N/Blitz/et al. competitors, and still only Ģ72. A month in and I'm still grinning!
