can anyone tell me if I can replace a 3 hosed boost solenoid with a one with only two hoses on it. The 3 hosed one has a hose coming of the top of it, can that one be blanked off or where would i connect it?

Theoreticaly you could. You would need a T piece. The pipe from the inlet manifold would go to the T piece (fitted near the turbo) From the T piece, 1 side goes to the turbo, the other goes to the boost solenoid. Then, the other pipe from the solenoid goes to your resonater box.

Not sure electronicaly whether it is switched the same though.
