D.I.Y Oil change

I wish to do regular oil changes myself to my 93 WRX, as I dont have a manual please can someone tell me exactly how much oil I need to refill and are there any usefull tips on this procedure or is it just a straight forward job?

Also it is recommended to replace the compressable washer on the sump plug.
I plan to do 'intermediate' oil changes between the 7500 services
(Well just done the first one anyway, as only recent got the car)
I would do the full 7500 and 15k services myself (many many years experience working on cars), but in order to maintain the
extended warranty, and resale value,
will now have to get them done at a garage.

Jake- Is a straight forward job. Just drain the oil and remove the oil filter. Please make sure U used a good oil filter and engine oil.
4.5L of engine oil needed .... happy draining.
