Individually mapped to each car...yeh right...that's the sort of service you expect for £75 isn't it.

Subaru wouldn't even change ya spark plugs for that !!!!!!

Got one on my car from david, been on about 3 months now deffinetly notice the difference and have just had it on the rollers had 230 bhp and 205 torque before changed to decat downpipe and scoobyecu and got 255.5bhp and 228 torque.
It has upped the boost from about 11psi to 15psi. That was just a map that it was sent with, might get it mapped by someone individually to get the best out of it at a later date. But I am happy for now, managed to keep up with an sti 6 did not do that before!

From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?
Post

that sounds down on torque to me..

What filter and exhaust are you using?

Question

Doing a search didn't help much, so...

Got a '96 (MY'97) WRX (276 bhp std, import obviously)with HKS Racing Suction Kit and full HKS Hipower decat exhaust, vta DV (Dont know make) and full set samco hoses.

Will a scooby ecu give me any benefits?
How safe are they?
are they individually mapped to each car?
What about differing conditions (weather etc).
Finally who supplies maps/ fits etc in my area- North Essex

Thanks

Shane
