What do you want to know?

IIRC remove the intercooler, and then undo the 10 bolts that hold the heatshield in place, and then remove the heatshield

You may need to soak WD40 on the bolts the night before, or at least a few hours before, as they can be a biatch to get off

I take it you are removing it to fit/change your Down Pipe, I seriously wouldnt run the car without it

Sonic....

I have a raspy noise coming frm the heat shield and i think one of the bolts has worked it's way loose...

If you look down the chassis leg in between the heat shiled and leg there are two visible nuts......one is missing....which is what i hope is causing the sound i can hear when i plip the throttle.....

check the up pipe aswell as mine as totally come away from the fixing points and rattles quite abit. ive had to take it off and rap it with heat-rap.
