Hi,

Can some one tell me what i need to remove to fit a downpipe on a 2003 Sti? I had a look, and it looks like a nightmare to get at all the bolts!

Firstly, remove the intercooler. Then the turbo heat sheild and all will become clearer.
Then undo the down pipe to main exhaust joint, the oxygen sensor, then remove the doenpipe to turbo nuts.
Refit reverse of removal, except you may wish to swap the sensor over prior to putting downpipe in situ.

There isn't an exact procedure for downpipe removal, but the "Turbo removal" thread covers most of what you need.
