Standard Exhaust Size - How Much Flow?

Question

We all know that 3" (ID) exhaust sytems can flow upto 600HP, does anybody know how much the standard exhaust with less than 3" (ID) is capable of flowing upto? (Theoretically of course, asuming it wasnt restrictive)

Don't know theoretically (presumably it's going to depend quite a bit on the route the thing takes as well), but the 2.5" I think is usually assumed to go up to around 350bhp before it starts being noticeable - although, again, it depends on how much the particular turbo's response to backpressure & so on as well as the shape of the thing...
