We all know that 3" (ID) exhaust sytems can flow upto 600HP, does anybody know how much the standard exhaust with less than 3" (ID) is capable of flowing upto? :) (Theoretically of course, asuming it wasnt restrictive)

Don't know theoretically (presumably it's going to depend quite a bit on the route the thing takes as well), but the 2.5" I think is usually assumed to go up to around 350bhp before it starts being noticeable - although, again, it depends on how much the particular turbo's response to backpressure & so on as well as the shape of the thing...
