Are there any good additives to extend the life of my gearbox? Shifting up or down to third is not smooth anymore, you can feel and hear the gears 'clunking'.

And after extending its life, where to buy a set of straight cut gears (car is for track day use only and will get a 300 bhp engine upgrade soon)?
