Best Dump Valve
#1
Hi folks,
Thinking about replacing the standard dump valve with a venting unit for two reasons...
1. The obvious one... to help the turbo spool.
2. I guess the second most obvious... to make some noise
I have no idea which to choose or is best.
I'm not worried about looks either.
The noise is important, I don't really want the "air blowing off" sound, I'd prefer the chirping noise if that makes sense?
Any ideas please ?
Dave

Do you still have the so called blue/red springs?

Anyone have a recording of the forge vta in chirp & chuff modes?

does my dump valve chirp or chuff?? LOL
It goes "tish" when i change gear, is this close enough??
It isn't mega loud, and i don't know what coloured spring is in it as i have never dismantled it (if it ain't broken, don't try to fix it).
