I've the chance of a Janspeed backbox at a very low price for my soon (hopefully) to arrive 95 wrx : anyone any experience of these ?
I had a Janspeed system a few years ago on my Uno Turbo and was quite impressed by the build quality etc and prior to that had them on MK II RS Escorts.
Anyone know of any problems in mating these up to std or non-std mid sections ?

AFAIK Scoobysports now use Janspeed to build their exhasts, and I believe they are rated fairly highly among the community?

Cheers : certainly in the past my experience of Janspeed products was pretty good, at a price of around £30 I'll probably take a chance, I assume that mating this to the existing system will be ok ?

AS I live in Salisbury, where Janspeed are based, I know them quite well, they have been around the car modding scene for longer than just about anybody, and their kit is very high quality. I had a complete system fitted to an old MR2 I used to have and it was great, a lovely sound and beautifully made. The engine ran more smoothly and revved up more quickly too, the company reckoned it would give about another 10%BHP, which I always thought was a bit optomistic, but it was deffinately better. Of course the effect will be less with just a back box.
