If you want to retain low-down Torque then go H&S - If you want lots of top-end at the expense of low-down Torque then go Twin-Dump

Wuz - What's your reasoning behind your comment about twin dump not being so good low down.

All of the info available seems to show that the open neck pipe is better than twin-dump for retaining low down torque.....the Twin dump seems to add about 20 BHP but you lose 12 ft/lbs of torque lower down whereas the open neck adds low down torque (12 ft/lbs but only 12 BHP up top- depends on how you like to drive (ie BANSHEE or LAZY!)

Go for the H&S, I refuse to fit Magnex DP....too near the steering column for my liking (2 I tried rattled off it & were sent back to Magnex) and the bottom nut onto the turbo is near impossible to tighten up, due to the design.
I'm not anti-magnex....their middle & rear sections are fine

Ive fitted 3 magnex DP's in the last couple of months with no probs. Yes one bolt is a bit tricky, but all twin dumps are the same. Never had any steering issues, that I have had with other makes of ( albeit older ) twin dump exhaust.
The H+S is an excellent piece of work too, and the bottom middle bolt is also a bit fiddley to get

Thanks for the info WUZ i wasn't having a go by the way i just wondered as i have just had my Magnex downpipe and i am very happy with it. Seems to have plenty of low down grunt - well compared to the original downpipe anyway. Not tried top end yet :-)
