Pretty new to all this.
Can someone reccomend a decent back box for my Y2k wagon turbo.
It must make the most of the flat 4 sound,if you know wot I mean.
Had powerflow pipes on all my other cars, but now Ive got the scooby,I would like a make that is made just for a Scoob.

Advice appreciated

There's always the Afterburner from Scoobyworld as well. There are some sound clips on their website

What about a Scooby-Parts rear box, go to www.scooby-parts.com > exhausts and SPI Exhausts they do a lovely jap style rear box full stainless steel.

My MY00 is fully de-catted and I have no problems with it.

I have got a Hayward & Scott Downpipe, Magnex Centre Section, and a Prodrive backbox.

Its a bit of a mixture, but I really like the distinct note of the Prodrive exhaust.

I've got the full de-cat Scorpion system on mine which works well for me. All fitted by Mark & Co at Tyres Northampton.

You could go for a Scoobymania one (choice of 2, the loud and the not so loud one )

Seeing that you have a wagon, you may want to try one of the louder varieties of exhaust on your car first as the 5 door lets a lot more noise into the cabin.

Have now got a magnex de-cat centre and an afterburner back box.Soon to be going full De-Cat(should please some)
Pete, you are correct mate,it is loud in the cabin, all the better to drown out the moaning from the other half!!!!

Beware with the wagon, as you may get booming inside the car from aftermarket exhausts. Typically at 3000rpm=75mph.

Have tried Magnex, TSL and a 2nd hand scoobysport and they all did it. However Scoobysport latest is meant to have stopped this problem, but haven't tried it myself (yet).

I was sat here thinking.. I don't believe my full scoobysport(downpipe, centre and BB) booms at 75mph on my wagon... this is the older Scoobysport.. then thought "I doubt I have sat at 75" LOL..

I try that in the morning..
