How much boost should my STD MY94 JAP Turbo output ?

Just fitted my boost gauge today my car is boosting 0.75bar(11PSi) on average is this correct or is it underboosting ?
I think at one time is did peek to about 0.8bar(11.6PSi).
Also I am noticing that my car is not boosting in gears somtimes until 5rpm but it shows as 0.75 on gauge so does this indicate its not a turbo problem ?

Should run about 0.9 bar . Most boost guages I've tried have never given accurate readings , mine have always under read probably due to the amount of time you spend off boost .
