Oil

What is the difference between Mobil 1 and Mobil 1 Motorsport oil?
Appart from the price....
For normal road use do I need to go to the expense of the Motorsport?
Looking at 15w50 for my Scooby....
Is the Motul equivelent to the normal Mobil 1 as the price is similar?
Cheers

Normal Mobil 1 is 0/40, and far too thin for most cars.
The Mobil 1 motorsport is a 15/50, and much better suited, and isnt that much more expensive than the thin stuff, if at all.
The Motul is about the same price, but apparently better oil.

I could be wrong it could have been 39.99 but defintely 15w50
assumed it was not the Motorsport version as that is 50pound via the scoobyshop?
Anyone?
