Mine is an import so disqualified 
There are a few 2.5L car out there, they will have the top figures by far, not sure if they are based on UK or import though.

...specifically in answer to your question Most powerful UK Impreza - probably Andy Tang with 356bhp at PE.
However in terms of the most powerful Impreza in the UK - which class - 400, 500 or 600bhp. Per Eklunds was built in the UK and had 620bhp - not sure if it was road legal tho - there again I am not sure the ND EVO V is either
