Tek2 better than AE781 at 16 psi (1.1 bar) ?
#1
Hello !
Tek2 better than AE781 at 16 psi (1.1)?
Has anyone done a test, where they've taken the same car on the same day, slapped on different ECU, then let the acceleration timeslips be the judge?
No butt dynos, no "boy, I put them on and they feel great," but hard and fast numbers?

If you run them at the same boost the differences will be from fuelling and timing.
During spool up the Tek 2 runs more fuel and more ignition advance. On full load the fuelling is roughly similar, but the timing is a few degrees more advanced. I'm sitting looking at the two maps side by side and that is what I see. I do not have any acceleration times.
