How do I get the carpet up to get at the ecu? there seems to be two large plastic screws (2 pence peice size) that hold the carpet on and I've turned them but the dont seem to be coming off? I've removed the plastic from the left that runs down the door and these are all thats left I'm trying to get a lambda feed for my Dawes AFM. If I cant get this off I'll have to go under the bonnet!

You don't need to take the door plastic off. Just remove the little clip on the bottom left of the plastic, then the two plastic screws holding the carpet down.

That's it. They only screw off, so give them a harder pull.

And then it's the 4 bolts holding down the kickplate

The the last two nuts holding down the ECU itself
