Default V6 Type R DCCD box, diff

Can anyone value a Version 6 Type R DCCD box, R180 diff and prop? It also has the shafts and Version 3 rear hubs and calipers

V3 rear hubs are odd ball compared to V4-6 as they us a solid 290mm (expensive) rear disc and sliding calipers..........

in terms of value then all depends how much you want / need it as it will never offer the strength of a 6spd

Thanks for the reply...I'm aware of the V3 only hub/brake combo and its strength compared to a 6speed which to be fair isn't really the question.

I've been offers £700 for the box and diff and wondered if that price was on the money.

so your trying to sell in that case??

its only worth "correct" money to the right person i would suggest..........problem being most people will want to upgrade or restore these days so it has a limited market and has the wrong brakes / hubs to suit the later car

Yes it is for sale and I wasn't sure of its worth.

With regards to the hubs/brakes, I only mentioned them because they are no use to me and was just adding them to the box and diff as a job lot or they would have gone for scrap.

Thanks for the replies..
