Default Gear stick bushes upgrade.

Who sell the better kit AS performance or these
https://balancemotorsport.co.uk/whit...07-kdt957.html

thinking I may as well upgrade while getting the gearbox oil done.
- yes I could do it on my drive but my resin drive way is like broken glass and a pig to lay on.

most aftermarket kits only include the steady bar bushes, the ASP kit is designed to replace the bushes that actually wear in the UJ linkage, etc...........

The throw is shorter and more solid. It reminds me of the ferrari that had the H style gear shift where you couldn't go sideway between gears like a sloppy soup.

It's tight and a great upgrade.

it was 2yrs ago and i just gave the kit to my mechanic.

Annoying as it is to be out of pocket sending and item back its not against the law.
Many small companies make the customer send items back. Yeah it's not great mind.

How is the AS kit for noise? I tried a PU bushing and got a bit of gearbox whine, didn't mind it much, but sounds like these are a step up in stiffness.

Ok, thanks. To be fair there was a very slight whine before and that got louder by the stiffer materials so maybe without a whine to start with there's less noticeable noise to be transmitted.
