quick shift kits???

has anyone fitted or got one fitted?

are they safe enough for use at high revs?

I fitted one last week, 5 minute job, gear change lot more positive as the previous one was lik stirring porridge. Absolutely fine at any revs, nice quick gear change. Get one bought
