Transmission torque specs.
Hi,
Fitted group n transmission mount and also the grp n crossmember cushion rubbers. Torqued them up to spec which I usually don't use a torque wrench as I tighten to feel.
But as it was the transmission in thought I'd torque it. I'm slightly concerned at the torque settings as the cush rubbers called for something in the region of 55 lb. Just wondering if over tightening them can cause the cush rubbers to have an adverse affect? Or will it be OK to leave them Torqued to 55lb. Cheers
