Default What to do????

Hi all...
I am living in Denmark , and in Nov last year I bought a complete 6 speed gearbox with reardiff probshaft, and gearlinkage, giving a very nice price...

When the box arrived to Denmark, there was no probshaft....No problem, this arrived after aprox 4 weeks and a lot of writing

First in April, I got to put the gearbox in the car, found out that the gearlinkage was incorrect, it was too long, maybe from a Legacy with 6 speed...

I got a linkage from a M8, he was not to use it until in august...

I have now been writing and calling many times, but nothing happnes...
Have now bought from Roger Clark to a price of 325£ ex posting to Denmark....
I know that I did get the box cheep, but not my fault!!!

The company I bouht it from is also on SN, but I dont want to put them out looking bad...

WHAT TO DO ????

Quite simple. If the company has been given every opportunity to put things right and they have not conducted themselves professionally let everyone else know. At least then potential customers have been forewarned.
Although this is supposed to be a Subaru community there are a number of traders and individuals who will take a loan of the unsuspecting and these people should be exposed.

How can they be quite good if the other things you say are correct.
You have given them an opportunity to put the matter right.
I have no idea if they have answered any of your correspondence or given an explanation as to why the linkage is not the one that you need. If you requested clearly what you needed and they have supplied something different then it is up to them to put it right at no expense to you. Now if that is the case I don't know why you are coming on here asking for advice.
If the situation is as you portray and the company is ignoring you do everybody else on Scoobynet a favour so they are forewarned.
If the situation is as you say and you can back this up with documentation you can take the matter to the small claims court and if the company in question is an honest trader with an umblemished record they clearly do not want that to happen and if you have the stamina to see the matter through I assure you that you will have their attention and a reasonable outcome.
You can do this via the internet at HMCourtsService.co.uk or some similar address.

The Company in question is Scoobyteknix, dont know why they have been ignoring me...
Called about 7-10 times, and writing e-mails 4-5 times, but nothing happens. Just hoping that I can get something else for my money, I now have spent at Roger Clark....
Sorry to write in here, but I think I have been waiting a long time.....

I have dealt with them a couple of times in the past without any problems so it may be an oversight on their part.
Let us know if you are able to get it resolved.

I sent them an e-mail yesterday with a link to this thread but they may be too busy to have time for internet/bbs.
Their phone number is 00 44 1253 871188.
Give them a ring and see if you can resolve the issue.

Ring them. They might not read e-mails. I understand they are very busy and don't make a lot of use of the internet.

No one should be too busy to answer emails, if you cant answer them dont have the facility available to customers, and Harvey is a top man!

Banny : I am not making excuses for any supplier but believe it or not some companies do their business by telephone and not by email so it is quite possible you can send them emails and get no response.

Then whats the point in

A) creating an email account
B) owning an email account
C) distributing an email account if you never check it

I refuse to believe in this day and age most people especially companies/buisnesses who own a email account dont check them at least once a day or at the very least once a week
