WHAT HAVE I BOUGHT?
#1
Recently went into my local dealer (remains nameless at moment) re sti type Uk showed me car ranted on about this and that then showed me picture of a car with leather sat nav and 484nm torque according to them £29495 on the road. Only 50 being made all in black. I said are you sure they said yes I said are you really sure they said really you get the picture. Order now confirmed june/july delivery. What the hell have I bought can't find it specced anywhere. I posted this threaded wrongly before. AT work typing quickly with a couple of typo errors (sorry) The car is a saloon sti 7 no figures on BHP but they assure me 484nm is correct I really don't think so. Have i been sold a pup or a spec ed they are doing. Do they know something about the PPP that others don't?

Hmmmm, about 50% more than the best Scoob in the dyno runs and more than a Legacy twin turbo...
484 nm = 356 lb/ft, about the equivalent of an F50 Ferrari.
So, expect the BHP to be around 520, also expect 8 extra cylinders arranged in a "V" shape mounted just behind the rear seats.
Call me a sceptic but.....
