Hi,

Has anyone had any good / bad experience from them? They are £125 cheaper than Chapplegate in Ferndown, so considering the trip over to Soton for the next service.

Have just done the same thing,being cheaper then Chapelgate and more helpful/less complacent.However following the service last week the car overheated at the weekend.I don't know if this was coincedental but they did bill me for a litre of coolant.Have rung them to inquire but there was no-one in the service area and they are due to phone me back.I am still waiting.

I will give them a thorough inspection! I need a 30k job which is £500 at Chapplegate and at Soton, its £375 which is pretty good... Don't use a good oil though (Duckhams) , so i'm bringing my own!
