Default Alloy damage

Can anyone please help. I am currently driving my bf RB5 and over the last 6 months or more i have damaged all four alloys. I was thinking of getting them refurbished as part of his xmas present. Is there anyone that u can reccomend in the northwest area. Any advice would be great as i know nothing about cars. Is it worth getting them done or will new alloys be the better bet.
Thanks xxx

Ho! Ho!, another one of those careful women drivers eh?

Only kidding, it happens. I know, I kerbed my new alloys days after putting them on after sliding on snow

OK, on to your problem. Whether they are worth repairing will depend on
a) how badly damaged they are
b) how much it'll cost to repair rather than replace, and
c) how much bf likes them compared to new , (different?), ones.

When I got mine done, I just asked at the place where I get my tyres, and they pointed me at a repair depot in the next town, ( live in Onehorseville).

They did a good job, quoted me beforehand and excellent service, cost me £25 for one quite badly kerbed, one lightly.

Thanks for that.
This is the second set i have damaged . He's had the wheels just under a year, so it might be better to get them refurbished rather than me ruin another set. I spoke to a company in prescot that said they can do all four alloys for £120.......a bargain i think.

I love you train of thought

Only Joking, Hope you get them sorted

The original Rb5 wheels are in the garage looking very damaged. Im only 5ft so i cant see the left wheel or how close to the kurb the car is. Do you think he would like them done instead. The second set was bought as a bulk buy thing from a website (so i was told). He's a man with everything so i thought rather than wasting money on rubbish, it would be something that would make him smile.

Treat yourself to a set of cheap steel wheels and put them on when you drive the car, that would make him smile

1. Get the alloys refurbed although good time to upgrade to 17's but you'll need 17 inch tyres so bit expensive

2. Stay out of the driving seat once wheels are refurbed

3. Damage to a mans impreza is good grounds for divorce in my book!

Let me guess.... the company is PROCLEAN????

Just up the road from me. Never had any refurb work done, but they did weld up a dirty great hole in my mates 19" alloy after he hit a half-brick on the motorway. Work looked ok.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated, as I need to get the kerbing marks off one of my speedlines.
Dave.
