Default Nengun Performance

I am planning on placing a fairly large order with Welcome - Nengun Performance, but thought I'd ask here first to see if any others have had dealings with them, and how you got on - delivery times, customs etc?

I have ordered from them a couple of times. The last time was a reasonably high value order £500+. Delivery time was around 2 weeks and they kept me informed all the way through. I didn't have a problem with Customs but I think that was just lucky.

That's good to hear....just needed a bit more confidence in them before I part with the cash.

Thanks

I ordered an Apexi PFC from them - no problems at all ...and got through customs as well.

I ordered 2 greddy profec B boost controllers and 2 apexi air filters 3 weeks ago total cost £480. Took 2 weeks to deliver and they wrote exactly what I put in the comments box on the order form on the customs label.

The only gripe I have with them is that their charges for using credit card/paypal are rediculous. Still saved £120 on buying in the UK though.

Heres another firm worth checking out:
PerfectRun -Japanese performance car parts online store-

ordered some sti pedals and air filter from them a year ago, again good with customs issues.

Just out of interest, what did you write in the comments box?

it really depends what you order.

Ive ordered some bit bits and its been fine

Ordered small bits and they say it takes 2 weeks and it ended up being 6.

Really depends on the order but generally good
