Adam just told me about this. I hear they had the blue gloves out and were considering a cavity search for concealed weapons

I have been assured by a nice Inspector from South Yorkshire Police; that they wont be coming to my house with guns..... Im not sure that I believe him though.

Im still wary now; without going into too much on ScoobyNet... Im the person that they are actually looking for, as the passenger in the car on the day in question.

I will add: that a spurious allegation has been made against James and myself, by, we believe, the girlfriend of a baseball cap wearing Saxo-driving little bollocks who we had the misfortune to encounter on the journey home from the NBO. This bell-end undertook us on the M1 and then made a number of '******' gestures to us before disappearing. We have concluded that the **** then coerced his girlfriend into calling the police and telling them that the passenger in L** *** was 'brandishing a large black gun'!

Ive seen this suggested on ScoobyNet a number of times as a way to 'sort someone out' (for perceived driving slights); so I wonder how common it is?

The complainant seems reluctant to make a written statement to SYP, not unsurprisingly.....

Kev came running out with a Radio transmiter aerial aloft asking everyone to be quiet as he was trying to land the police helicopter.
