Anyone used Willoughby's for servicing
Have booked my car into Willoughby's for a couple of weeks time. They did concern me a little when after providing my Reg No, they asked what kind of Peugeot it was ???
This was on top of asking if TedEd's silver turbo was a P1 on opening night !! :
Am I right to be concerned would you take it somewhere else?
Problem is, Lucas of Mansfield can't collect & return so means 2hrs in Mansfield, which I will have to make up. Also had big time falling out with Beechdale in Derby last year and will never go there again!!!
Any other suggestions?

There is a problem with going to an independent specialist for me ... my car is an 05 and I got it with 3 years free servicing, which means I have to use a main dealer
I can't afford to take 2hrs off to go up to Mansfiled and I refuse to use Beechdale in Derby after an incident 11 months ago. I won't slag them off on here but I will also never set foot in there again - that includes the Saab dealership too!!!
None of the other sort of local dealers are convenient either, so I think I will have to use them. It's only a 1st year service, so what can they really do wrong ??
Here's hoping anyway.

Scoobmeister, will you collect and return from Nottingham then? Assumed I would have the same problem as Mansfield, I really can't afford the time to get over to Grantham and back on a weekday.

Soobmeister you have PM
Dazza01 & mr freeze - I might consider using an independent in a couple of years but for now, I would rather make use of my free servicing at a main dealer but cheers anyway.
