green has been proven to be better on tests
the main point for changing is as follows easy to clean and as a bonus gives you a few more ponies
tsl (own blue ish filter)/extreme scoobies to add to the list

Ordered from Scoobyparts. It was for my brothers scooby.
Im impressed with the one in mine, throttle is definatly more responsive and turbo appears to spool up better. Theres also the little ptttsh noise aswell lol.
As for power gains, i have no idea. But it definatly feels more responsive .
