Bob'5 - the front fascias are a special order item from PSI3, and we've been awaiting delivery.

You certainly should have been informed of the extended delay, so please accept my apologies if for some reason this didn't happen.

Sure - quite understand - its our procedure to send an email on dispatch / longer than stated delivery etc, so not sure why you didnt receive an email. I've been away from the office today, but back in tomorrow, so will check the emails tomorrow and drop you a line. If you have the wrong part, I'll arrange a replacement immediately.

I Think at the end of the day running a buisness is never 100% and you cant keep everyone happy ive used Scoobyworld on quite a few occations and had no probs.
