Unhappy ScoobyWorld :(

Placed an order on 16th Feb....confirmed on 17th Feb...despatched on the 10th March

No emails as to the delay or anything

I've had items delivered from Hong Kong quicker than that.

Yep. The only problem was not knowing how long it was going to take. An email would have been great.

Sure - quite understand - its our procedure to send an email on dispatch / longer than stated delivery etc, so not sure why you didnt receive an email. I've been away from the office today, but back in tomorrow, so will check the emails tomorrow and drop you a line. If you have the wrong part, I'll arrange a replacement immediately.

I Think at the end of the day running a buisness is never 100% and you cant keep everyone happy ive used Scoobyworld on quite a few occations and had no probs.
