Angry Dealer Problems, please help!

Hello last week took my car a subaru garage (will not name and shame yet) to have an alarm fault repaired, under warrenty (MY01). They got that sorted but then the probelms began. I picked tha car up and drop it down the road...to find no boast at all and noise like air was leakign out from the trubo when boosting. So i went back immediately and asked them to have a look....took for a drive and yes they said its got a problem. I watche the mechainic and found that they had failed to replace a seal when replacing the intercooler back on the car......took the car outboost was there but stilla noise of air leaking anyway after 2 hours i said i'm going home as they did not have a clue. 1 hour later found they had not pressed a bush for the stering column back in therefore allowing the noise of the exhaust to come directly into the footwell.
Now i told the dealer manager I was not happy....
But what would you do? this is not service and now i don't trust the mechanics as if they cannot solve this relatively simple problem what hope fr someting more complicated.

Yours

Peter
