Default Lancaster Subaru - What to do?

I originally purchased my MY03 STI from Lancaster Subaru in Sevenoaks. However, now I have a problem. The acoustic parking aid has failed. I have looked on the original purchase invoice and it doesn't have the original subaru part number on it. The question is whether it should be the genuine subaru part or not? If it isn't then how am I supposed to get it repaired under warranty. I know that Lancaster Jaguar Sevenoaks are still in business and have recently sent me a letter to provide servicing for Subarus, but can I get them to fix it for free?

I used to use Lancasters Subaru but now use Gatwick Subaru.

Wish I'd used them sooner as their service is much better IMHO.

Big thanks to David Hollamby at Gatwick Subaru for sorting out my warranty issue on my parking sensor. Now that's what I call customer service!

What kind of a question is that? Yes I have, and he is currently ordering the part.

I must admit I was a tad confused by that, but thought it must be me?
