Right so Graham was right... again!
Agter having one weld fixed on my previous exhaust to ensure the the hanger stayed attached to the back box and otehr hanger decided to let go, this time on the centre section. Two hanger welds in less than two years!
So after being fitted in at very short notice the guys and ladies at TSL worked their magic.
I now have a very shiny TSL Group N backbox, TSL classic centre section (on my MY01), and the new TSL ThunderCAT downpipe!
Well the sports cat seems to make the car more lively, of course that could also be to do with the remap of the car!
Thanks guys for taking the work on at sohort notice, adding to the work and somehow getting it done while being busy and making sure I was sitting down before I found out how much it was all going to be!
The day could have only been better if Paul had actually made a cup of tea... although saying that the cake did make up for it!
As always a pleasure to visit and I promise I won't leae it so long this time!
BTW I now hang on to the steering wheel!

Paul you wag...!
Alex you muppet!
The car is still being silly, I am sure second gear is not meant to be that useful!
The difference between this map and the PPP is amazing, it is like comparing a standard WRX to a PPP car!
Smoother power, more power, head pulling acceleration and a few OMG moments when more power than expected comes in from the engine!
A guy in the office mentioned a couple of days ago that he was thinking about getting PPP for his and using it on track.
I am just sending him an e-mail with the appropriate links and my experiances.
If he was serious you should be getting a call!
He is a manager though so you can charge him full price... his kids can go hungry!

btw- nice to meet you matt..
sorry I dashed out without a good-bye..
I was desperately trying to get back to work to avoid being docked
a full day's 'holiday' (ie: car related )
Also a big thanks for your assistance with the lights. Much appreciated, and I hope breakfast @ hazel's softened the blow

No worries about the lights and thanks for the breakfast it was very welcome!
I did wonder where you had gone though!
After a couple of days and more miles than most people do in a month is all I can say is I am now starting to get used to the fact the car is more responsve, feels faster and fun again!
Gods help me when I start to feel this get tame, although Askew had some ideas!

He might have done, as well as new injectors, putting the air box back in (actually that was Richard "mapping god") and headers!
Oh I might have mentioned the STi 7 intercooler! Then Rich might have mentioned using a water spray combined with a CO2 spray!
Trouser - PLease tell Rich the car is still performing like a monster althoug there are some very high spikes in Boost!
\I hope the open day went well!

Right it used to be a PPP MY01 with an HKS Hiper exhaust.
After the salt ate the Hiper and gave be an excuse the following was done to the car:
ThunderCAT downpipe (sports cat)
Classic centre section
Group N backbox
Uprated fuel pump
ECUTEK map by Richard.
The car is a lot more lively than when it was PPP'd and it was not that slow with the PPP!
The power seems to be always there (within limits 10 mph in 3rd is not very good!) and the car just keeps going and going.
No complaints for me apart from I wish this had been around before I got the PPP done because I would never have nothered with it!
The ECUTEK uses the standard ECU so unless they download the map the dealers would never know...
