I am after a belt change and oil etc service soon,just wondered who was the best and at what price! the local dealer wants £350 quid to do this,is this a good price? the car is a uk 97my turbo.

Actually, that is no too bad for a dealer. Get a quote of Revoloution in Gateshead, they do all my work.

Back at graft now, working my fingers to the bone
Hotel Tarragona is now sold, they wanted to be in for christmas but you know how much these solicitors can mess you around.
Revoloution quoted me £400 for full belt change, oil & filter, fuel filter, plugs, clean induction kit.
Also quoted me £1000 for new vented discs, pads and new 4 pot calipers. Does this sound right to you??

Not working that hard i hope ha ha.yep i know what the solicitors are like as well, i bet its you making all the phone calls to get things moving although i doubt you will be out before xmas.Its a shame to see you leaving,we will have to exchange numbers in case I need advice on scooby ****e ha ha.I think i will try and get booked into AS performance as he has a good reputation for servicing etc. A grand for the brakes seems really good but what type are you getting for that as 4 pots seem to be around £13/1400 and what size?
Oh well better let you get back to work mate speak to you soon.

congratulations on the new dyno results aswell the power you have is something else and you also got a good write up in banzai mag,ive got a bit to go to catch you up yet ha ha I was around the 38 mark in the competition.

John Pye does most of the things I cannot do myself. Knows Subarus inside out. Alyn also does bits and pieces if I am up that way and Paul Stabler also lets me use his fathers garage on a night.
