Best place for diagnostics?Misfire low boost

My 95 wrx ra is suffering from a misfire on idle & low boost/performance. There are a few companys local to me but they dont give me the level of confidence that they can pin- point the cause. As i dont want to throw away any more cash on possible causes.As i live in Birmingham im perpared to travel possible 100mm radius. i would be greatfull for recomendations for a diagnostics company.
